About this Devotional At the Association for a More Just Society (ASJ), we strive to be brave Christians dedicated to doing justice in Honduras and inspiring others around the world to seek justice in their own contexts. In 2016, a group called Brave Christians was born in Honduras with the goal of inspiring the Honduran church, especially young people, to speak up for justice and peace. As ASJ has grown in relationship with the Brave Christians team, it has become clear that we share a similar mission: to be evangelists within the church for the central role of justice in our faith. Brave Christians’ efforts to connect with churches, and especially young people, have inspired and informed our work in the United States. That mutual passion for justice has led us to this collaborative effort—a bilingual, 12-chapter devotional-- designed to help all of us reflect more deeply about the role of justice in our faith.
