These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at asj-us.org and any related pages, forms, and services operated by Association for a More Just Society – U.S. (“ASJ,” “we,” “us”). Donations made through our website are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Givecloud, DonorPerfect, and SafeSave) and are subject to their terms. Donations to ASJ-US, a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. To request a refund of a mistaken or duplicate gift or a donation adjustment, email info@asj-us.org or call 1-800-897-1135. Refunds processed through your merchant account generally take 2 to 7 business days to appear on a donor's credit card statement.


3. Online Store Purchases

If you purchase items through our online store, additional terms regarding pricing, payment, shipping, and returns may apply at checkout. To request an order refund, return an item, or exchange an item, email info@asj-us.org or call 1-800-897-1135. Refunds processed through your merchant account generally take 2 to 7 business days to appear on a donor's credit card statement.


4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, publications, and the ASJ name and marks — is owned by or licensed to ASJ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes with appropriate attribution, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
